An escape game is an immersive experience where players solve puzzles, riddles, and challenges to "escape" or achieve a mission within a set time limit.
How long does the game last?
Our games last 45 minutes, but we recommend arriving 10 minutes early for a briefing session.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. Avoid wearing overly loose items for safety.
Is the game suitable for all ages?
Yes, the game is designed for participants aged 7 and above. However, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take pictures and videos during the experience?
You may bring your phone in for torchlight purposes, but please refrain from taking photos or recording videos to preserve the mystery and ensure fair play for everyone.
What if I need to leave the game early?
You can exit the game at any time. Please inform a staff member if assistance is required.
Can I reattempt the game if I don’t escape?
Yes, you’re welcome to book another session to try again! It’s a great way to improve your skills.
Are lockers available for my belongings?
Yes, secure lockers are provided to store your personal items during the game.
Is it safe?

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we highly recommend booking your session in advance to secure your spot, especially during peak hours and weekends.
Can I cancel or make changes over the phone?

What happens if my team is late for our scheduled entry time?
We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes early. If your team is late but the next slot is available, you can still enter. However, if that slot is occupied, you will need to wait until there is availability or reschedule
What if I paid and need to cancel for a refund?
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed and paid. However, if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance, we’re happy to help reschedule your session or issue a replacement voucher.
