  • Can I take pictures and videos during the experience?

    Absolutely! You’re welcome to capture memories during gameplay, even in the BOMB ROOM! Just don’t forget to tag us on social media @thebombbattle

  • Does it hurt? Is it like paintball?

    Not at all! Our Paint Bombs feel like a fun splash of paint and are completely safe—there are no paintball guns or painful impacts involved. Safety is our top priority!

  • Is Bomb Battle replayable?

    Definitely! With three different difficulty levels, you can return for new challenges and obstacles each time.

  • Is the Paint Bomb Mission suitable for all ages?

    Yes! The Paint Bomb Mission is fun for everyone aged 7 and up. Kids under 12 must bring an adult buddy, while those aged 12-16 need an adult on-site. If you're 16 or older, you can go solo, but a responsible adult (18+) must sign a waiver for you.

  • What should I wear for the Paint Bomb Mission?

    Participants should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that they don’t mind getting stained. Closed-toe shoes are required for safety.

  • Will I get messy playing the Paint Bomb Mission?

    We provide full coveralls, including waterproof hazmat suits and helmets, but we recommend wearing inexpensive, dark clothes that you don’t mind getting stained!

SAFETY & HYGIENE

  • Is the paint used safe?

    Absolutely! The paint used in our Paint Bomb Mission is non-toxic, water-soluble, and easily washable, making it safe for skin. However, we cannot guarantee that it won’t stain clothing, as different materials react differently.

  • What safety measures are in place?

    Safety is our top priority! All participants must wear provided safety gear, including hazmat suits and masks, and our staff is trained to ensure a safe environment throughout the experience.

  • Are your hazmat suits clean?


    Our hazmat suits are for one-time use only to ensure hygiene for every participant.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION

  • Do I need to book in advance?

    Yes, we highly recommend booking your session in advance to secure your spot, especially during peak hours and weekends.

  • What happens if my team is late for our scheduled entry time?

    We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes early. If your team is late but the next slot is available, you can still enter. However, if that slot is occupied, you will need to wait until there is availability or reschedule

  • What if I paid and need to cancel for a refund?

    All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed and paid. However, if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance, we’re happy to help reschedule your session or issue a replacement voucher.

  • Can I cancel or make changes over the phone?
