Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. By proceeding with the booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.

2. Rescheduling

  • Guests may request one (1) complimentary reschedule if the request is made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, subject to availability.
  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
  • Any additional rescheduling requests are subject to Bomb Battle’s approval.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Bomb Battle maintains a strict No Cancellation and No Refund Policy.

Once a booking has been confirmed, all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

At Bomb Battle’s sole discretion, vouchers, credits or alternative arrangements may be offered as a gesture of goodwill in selected circumstances. Such arrangements are not guaranteed and shall not constitute a refund.

4. No-Show

Guests who fail to attend their scheduled session without prior notice shall be deemed as a no-show. The booking and all payments made shall be forfeited.

5. Late Arrival

Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or forfeiture of the session, as all activities operate according to scheduled time slots.

No refunds, extensions or additional playing time will be provided for lost time due to late arrival.

6. Technical Interruptions

Should a game be interrupted due to equipment malfunction or technical issues attributable to Bomb Battle, Bomb Battle may, at its sole discretion, provide one or more of the following remedies:

  • Additional game time;
  • Rescheduling to another available session;
  • Vouchers or credits; or
  • Partial or full refunds, where deemed appropriate.

7. Injuries, Illness & Personal Circumstances

Bomb Battle activities involve physical movement and participation is voluntary.

Refunds will not be provided for injuries, illness, fatigue, fear, discomfort, personal circumstances, or the inability of any individual participant to continue or complete the activities.

Bomb Battle may, at its sole discretion, provide vouchers, credits or alternative arrangements as a gesture of goodwill. Such arrangements are not guaranteed and do not constitute an obligation on the part of Bomb Battle.

8. Force Majeure

Bomb Battle shall not be liable for any cancellation, interruption, delay or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, public emergencies, civil disturbances or other unforeseen events.

9. Goodwill Arrangements

Any refund, extension, voucher, credit, rescheduling or other accommodation provided outside these terms is granted solely at Bomb Battle’s discretion and shall not constitute a waiver, amendment or precedent affecting this policy.

10. Assumption of Risk

Bomb Battle activities involve physical movement and participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and suitable to participate. Bomb Battle shall not be responsible for injuries, accidents, losses or damages arising from the inherent nature of the activities, except where caused by negligence on the part of Bomb Battle.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking and/or participating in any Bomb Battle activity, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to this Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy and agree to be bound by its terms.

Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Certain attractions may be subject to minimum age, height or other eligibility requirements.

Participants below eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied or supervised by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult where applicable.

Bomb Battle reserves the right to refuse participation where age, height or safety requirements are not met.

2. Health and Safety

Participants shall not participate while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, medication or any substance which may impair judgment, coordination or physical ability.

Bomb Battle reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation where safety concerns arise. No refund shall be provided in such circumstances.

3. Participant Conduct

Participants shall conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully towards other participants, staff and property.

Bomb Battle reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in:

  • Aggressive, abusive or threatening behaviour;
  • Harassment or discrimination;
  • Dangerous or reckless conduct;
  • Vandalism or damage to property;
  • Possession of prohibited items;
  • Failure to comply with staff instructions or safety rules.

No refund, compensation or extension shall be provided in such circumstances.

4. Damage to Property

Participants shall be liable for any loss or damage caused intentionally, recklessly or negligently to Bomb Battle’s equipment, fixtures, premises or the property of other guests.

Bomb Battle reserves the right to recover the costs of repair or replacement.

5. Session Duration and Operations

All activities operate according to designated schedules and time slots.

Bomb Battle reserves the right to modify game formats, attractions, room assignments, operating hours or schedules where reasonably required for operational, safety or maintenance purposes.

6. Right to Refuse Service

The Bomb Battle Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to refuse admission or participation, or to remove any person, where necessary to maintain safety, security, operational requirements and the enjoyment of other guests.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, content, game concepts, software, images and branding associated with Bomb Battle are the exclusive property of The Bomb Battle Sdn. Bhd. and shall not be reproduced, copied or used without prior written consent.

8. Photography and Recording

Bomb Battle may capture photographs and videos for operational, security and promotional purposes.

Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should inform Bomb Battle personnel prior to participation.

The collection, use and processing of personal data shall be governed by Bomb Battle’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

9. Lost and Found

Bomb Battle shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless caused by the negligence of Bomb Battle.

Lost property retained by Bomb Battle may be disposed of after a reasonable period if unclaimed.

10. Force Majeure

Bomb Battle shall not be liable for any interruption, delay or inability to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, floods, fires, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, utility failures, internet outages, strikes or civil disturbances.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall prejudice any rights available under applicable laws.

12. Amendments

The Bomb Battle Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions shall be published through Bomb Battle’s website or other designated channels and shall take effect upon publication.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with Bomb Battle’s Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Participant Waiver & Assumption of Risk, and Privacy Policy.

15. Acceptance

By purchasing tickets, making a booking, entering the premises or participating in any activity conducted by The Bomb Battle Sdn. Bhd., participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Participant Waiver & Risk

Participant Waiver & Assumption of Risk

1. Voluntary Participation

Participation in activities conducted by The Bomb Battle Sdn. Bhd. (“Bomb Battle”) is voluntary. Participants acknowledge that such activities may involve physical movement, obstacles, projectiles, throwing objects, and other elements that carry inherent risks which may result in injury, discomfort or property damage.

2. Assumption of Risk

Participants understand and voluntarily assume all ordinary and inherent risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

  • Slips, trips and falls;
  • Muscle strains, sprains and fatigue;
  • Minor cuts, bruises and abrasions;
  • Injuries resulting from collisions with objects or other participants;
  • Injuries arising from physical exertion;
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings; and
  • Any other risks ordinarily associated with physical recreational activities.

3. Physical Fitness and Medical Conditions

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically suitable to participate.

Participants who are pregnant, recovering from surgery, under medical treatment, or suffering from any heart condition, epilepsy, asthma, vertigo, musculoskeletal injury or any condition which may be aggravated by physical activity are advised to seek medical advice before participating.

Participants shall immediately cease participation and inform Bomb Battle personnel should they feel unwell, dizzy, injured or otherwise unable to continue safely.

4. Appropriate Attire

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and fully covered footwear suitable for physical activities.

Bomb Battle reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation where attire, footwear or accessories may pose a safety risk.

5. Compliance with Instructions

Participants agree to comply with all verbal and written instructions, warnings and safety guidelines issued by Bomb Battle personnel.

Bomb Battle reserves the right to suspend, remove or refuse participation to any person whose conduct may endanger themselves, other participants, staff or property. No refund shall be provided in such circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, The Bomb Battle Sdn. Bhd., its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from participation.

Nothing in this waiver excludes liability for losses or injuries caused by Bomb Battle’s negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct, or any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.

7. Personal Property

Participants are responsible for safeguarding their own personal belongings.

Bomb Battle shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal property unless such loss or damage is directly caused by the negligence of Bomb Battle.

8. Photography and Recording

Bomb Battle may capture photographs or videos during activities for operational, security and promotional purposes.

Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify Bomb Battle personnel prior to participation.

Personal data and images shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

9. Minors

Participants below the age of eighteen (18) years must obtain consent from a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult.

Such parent, guardian or responsible adult agrees to these terms on behalf of the minor and accepts responsibility for ensuring that the minor complies with all safety instructions and requirements.

10. Right to Modify or Terminate Activities

Bomb Battle reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate any activity where necessary for operational, safety or security reasons.

11. Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By participating in any activity conducted by The Bomb Battle Sdn. Bhd., the participant confirms that he or she:

  • Has read and understood this Participant Waiver & Assumption of Risk;
  • Understands and voluntarily accepts the inherent risks associated with participation;
  • Agrees to comply with all safety instructions and rules;
  • Accepts responsibility for his or her own physical condition and suitability to participate; and
  • Agrees to be bound by the terms contained herein.

For participants below the age of eighteen (18) years, the parent, legal guardian or responsible adult acknowledges and accepts these terms on behalf of the minor.
