Is The Greatest Lava suitable for all ages?
Yes! The Greatest Lava is fun for everyone aged 7 and up. Kids under 12 must bring an adult buddy, while those aged 12-16 need an adult on-site. If you're 16 or older, you can go solo, but a responsible adult (18+) must sign a waiver for you.
Can I take pictures and videos during the experience?

Definitely! With three different difficulty levels, you can come back for new challenges and obstacles every time.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Food and drinks are not permitted in the game areas.

Your safety is our top priority. Games are designed with safety in mind, our staff is trained to ensure a safe environment throughout the experience.
Is there a place to store personal items?
Yes, we provide lockers or a secure spot for personal items during your session.
What measures do you have in place for hygiene?
We prioritize cleanliness by regularly sanitizing equipment and facilities. Hand sanitizers are also available throughout the premises.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we highly recommend booking your session in advance to secure your spot, especially during peak hours and weekends.
What happens if my team is late for our scheduled entry time?
We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes early. If your team is late but the next slot is available, you can still enter. However, if that slot is occupied, you will need to wait until there is availability or reschedule
What if I paid and need to cancel for a refund?
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed and paid. However, if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance, we’re happy to help reschedule your session or issue a replacement voucher.
