Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to grow Bomb Battle through corporate sales, events, and strategic collaborations. This role focuses on generating new revenue streams, building long-term relationships, and expanding Bomb Battle’s presence across corporate, education, and brand partners.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Sales

  • 1. Identify and pitch collaboration opportunities with corporates, brands, malls, universities, and event organizers.
  • 2. Propose creative partnership models (paid, contra, co-marketing, sponsorship).
  • 3. Close corporate bookings, team-building packages, and customized events.
  • 4. Client & Account Management
  • 5. Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized game concepts.
  • 6. Maintain strong post-event relationships to drive repeat bookings.
  • 7. Business Growth & Strategy
  • 8. Explore new markets, event formats, and revenue opportunities.
  • 9. Track sales performance and partnership outcomes.
  • 10. Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  • 1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2. Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or events is an advantage.
  • 3. Strong presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • 4. Comfortable dealing with corporate clients and external stakeholders.
  • 5. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • 6. Interest in experiential entertainment, games, or events is a big plus.
